How do I place an order on ReStyle?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our shop, select items you love, and click Add to Cart. Once you're done shopping, go to your cart and click Checkout. You'll be asked to provide your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm the order. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing it.

What payment methods does ReStyle accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options:
  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for orders under ₹5,000
  • ReStyle Wallet Balance
All transactions are encrypted and secured with industry-standard SSL protection.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary by location:
  • Hyderabad & Telangana: 1–2 business days
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru): 2–3 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–6 business days
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your ReStyle account and visiting My Orders → Track Order. If you face any issues with tracking, email us at hello@restyle.in with your order ID.

Are thrift clothes cleaned before selling?

Absolutely. Every garment listed on ReStyle goes through a thorough 3-step quality process:
  • Visual inspection for stains, tears, and wear
  • Professional cleaning and sanitisation
  • Final quality check and condition grading before listing
We only list clothes in Good or Like New condition. Any minor imperfections are always clearly disclosed in the product description.

How do I know what size to order?

Since thrift garments can vary in sizing by brand and era, we strongly recommend checking the exact measurements listed on each product page rather than relying solely on the label size. We provide chest, waist, hip, and length measurements for every item. You can also visit our Size Guide for a full measurement reference chart. Still unsure? Message us and we'll measure the item for you.

Can I return a thrift clothing item?

Yes! We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted if:
  • The item doesn't match the description on the product page
  • A defect was not disclosed at the time of listing
  • You received the wrong item
Please note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or size issues (we encourage careful size checking before purchase). To initiate a return, go to My Orders → Request Return or contact our support team.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 2–3 business days of courier pickup), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method:
  • UPI / Bank account: 2–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • ReStyle Wallet: Instant
You'll receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.

How do I create a ReStyle account?

Creating an account is free and takes under a minute! Click Sign Up in the top navigation bar. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Once verified, you can start shopping, save favourites, and track all your orders.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" below the sign-in form. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. Still having trouble? Contact us at hello@restyle.in.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely. ReStyle uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers — all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can read our full Privacy Policy for complete details.

How do I sell or donate clothes to ReStyle?

We love receiving pre-loved garments! To submit clothes for our platform, email us at hello@restyle.in with photos of the items you'd like to donate or sell. Our curation team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. We accept clothing in Good condition or better. Currently, drop-offs are available at our Hyderabad HQ (Banjara Hills) by appointment.
